Recovery week! We spent the week exploring the beautiful island of Niue. The only swimming I did in Niue was paddling around in the snorkelling pools and finally fulfilling a lifelong dream of swimming with wild dolphins! Unfortunately we did not take any pictures of the dolphin swimming but it is certainly a memory that will stay with me.
Although we were staying on a remote island we still managed to get some cycling in. We rented some rickety old mountain bikes from the hotel and explored 48km of bumpy Niuean roads and forest tracks.
